I have been obsessed lately with using terrariums in my home décor. I think I love them so much because there are so many ways in which you can decorate them!
Filled with succulents
I have wanted to use a terrarium on my dining room table for awhile filled with succulents to bring some nature into the room. Initially I was thinking about a larger terrarium for the middle of the table but I found this set of three smaller terrariums and fell in love. I added some eucalyptus to tie all three together and actually have let the eucalyptus dry and plan to keep it on the table like this.
A flameless faux candle surrounded by a wreath
Putting a flameless faux candle in a terrarium is a great way to use it as a terrarium and a lantern at the same time! I made a little mini baby’s breath wreath to fill in the bottom and then placed the flameless faux candle in the middle. It can be a pain to open and close a terrarium so the flameless faux candle is actually operated by remote (if you don’t have this type of flameless faux candles you need to get them- they are amazing!!) so I can turn the flameless faux candle on and off by a click of the button.
A mini fairy garden
I love the idea of a mini fairy garden in a terrarium; this is on my to-do list for the future. Add a little faux moss, stones, or succulents to the bottom of the terrarium, some mini fairy furniture and you are ready to go!
