These Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Pockets are always a family favorite in our house! The kids love to help make them and they are so yummy!
Step 1: Boil water and add fresh Broccoli
Step 2: Pull out 1 1/2 cups of Broccoli after they have boiled for 1 minute and put in mixing bowl. Keep the remaining Broccoli cooking to serve as a side and boil until tender.
Step 3: Cut up 1 cooked Chicken Breast and put in mixing bowl
Step 4: Cut up 2 tablespoons of chives and put in mixing bowl.
Step 5: Put 3 tablespoons of sour cream in mixing bowl.
Step 6: Put 5 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese in the mixing bowl.
Step 7: Spray cooking sheet with Pam.
Step 8: Roll open refrigerated Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza dough and cut into long strips.
Step 9: Place dough strips on the baking pan and place filling in the center. Close dough over filling.
Step 10: Brush filled dough with a beat egg
Step 11: Bake at 425 degrees until the crust is golden brown.
Such a yummy dinner that the kids will have fun helping to make and eat!
